The Kolder Creed

Mission Statement

The mission of Kolder Productions is to develop teams of independent contractors and businesses to effectively produce and facilitate inclusive events that entertain guests of all ages, including kids, their parents, and other adults, while flawlessly integrating the brand of any sponsors, producers, or companies involved with the project.

The organization is founded upon the following guiding principles:

    • “you have to do your own growing up no matter how tall your grandfather was” – Abraham Lincoln

Kolder Productions works alongside individuals who generate quality work; and grows as an organization by building upon the high standards set for the outcome of each and every Kolder project.

    • “we grow neither better nor worse as we get old, but more like ourselves” – May Lamberton Becker

Unconventionality, adaptability, and excellence are at the core of the company’s being. The organization relentlessly strives to uphold the Kolder mission and consistently deliver the best results possible without wavering.

    • “today you are you, that’s truer than true. there is no one alive who is youer than you” – Dr. Seuss

Kolder Productions recognizes and celebrates the independent strengths of the individuals working within the Kolder Network each day. The organization thrives on its unique ability to blend the interests of many different people and businesses.

    • “it’s hard to be brave, when you’re only a very small animal” – Piglet, Winnie the Pooh

The Kolder Network is a conglomerate of multiple independent contractors and businesses. It is comprised of individuals who find strength in collaboration.

    • “a grownup is a child with layers on” – Woody Harrelson

Kolder Productions is insightful. The organization grows through consistent evaluation, building upon each experience while staying on a consistent path.

  • “it takes courage to grow up and become who you really are” – e.e. cummings

The Kolder vision is that all events with kids in attendance will include some form of quality entertainment or considerations for children. The company collaborates with event producers to heighten the level of children’s programming at their events.

Statement from Kolder Productions Founder:

I’m a solopreneur event producer who gets hired by various companies and often brings in other indys to work with me. While many of my projects are not specific to integrating family and children’s programming, please check out the video below on why improving kids entertainment offerings at large-scale events is important to me.
